- Nipo Player free vs Premium: what's the difference?The free version plays live TV, movies and series with 1 playlist. Premium (€7.99) and Family (€24.99) add the TV guide, catch-up and more, paid once.
- How do I buy Nipo Premium or Nipo Family?Nipo Premium: €7.99 as a single payment for 1 screen. Nipo Family: €24.99 for 5 screens. No subscription, no recurring payment, no trial.
- How do I activate Premium on a screen?Three ways: the 6-character code on nipoplayer.com/activate, "Activate with my e-mail" on the device, or the Nipo code + key on nipoplayer.com/appareil.
- How do I replace or remove a screen from my licence?My account → My devices lists your active screens with a "Remove" button: the slot frees up right away, self-service, once a month.
- How do I use Premium on my other devices after buying it?Premium is tied to your Nipo Player account, not to a single device: activate each other screen with one of the activation methods, up to your plan's screen count.
- Premium disappeared after a reinstall: how do I get it back?A device's Nipo code stays the same after a reinstall, so Premium comes back by itself within seconds. If not, activate it again the usual way.
- How do I get a refund within 14 days?A "Request a refund" button under My account → Licence & purchases covers the 14 days after a purchase made on nipoplayer.com, with no reason required.
- Where do I find my invoices?A "Download my invoice" button is waiting on every order under My account → Licence & purchases. A store purchase stays in your account with that store.
- Can I activate Premium without a phone?Two ways: "Activate with my e-mail" on the device (a 6-digit code, valid 15 minutes) or the Nipo code + 6-digit key on nipoplayer.com/appareil from a computer.
- Where do I find my device's Nipo code and key?Settings → "My device" shows the Nipo code (MAC-address format, e.g. 3A:7F:12:C4:9B:E0, never the real MAC) and a 6-digit key, used on nipoplayer.com/appareil.
- Is My playlists end-to-end encrypted?No: My playlists is encrypted on our servers, but not end-to-end. The free Nipo code push stays end-to-end encrypted and doesn't need Premium.
- How do I upgrade from Premium to Family?Under My account → Licence & purchases, the "Upgrade to Nipo Family (+€17)" button adds 4 screens without paying the full price again, in a single payment.
