Where do I find my invoices?
A "Download my invoice" button is waiting on every order under My account → Licence & purchases. A store purchase stays in your account with that store.
Nipo doesn’t provide, sell or host any channel, movie or playlist: it plays what you already own.
Your Nipo Premium or Nipo Family invoices are available at any time, with no need to ask support.
How to do it
- Open My account → Licence & purchases.
- Next to the order, tap Download my invoice.
- A link to My account is also included in every purchase confirmation e-mail, to find the invoice easily.
Tip
If the purchase was made through a device's store (Google Play, App Store, Amazon, Microsoft), the invoice stays available in your account on that store, like any other digital purchase, rather than in My account. Keep the e-mail tied to your purchase: it's what lets you find the order again, even long after.
