Accessibility

361 DEV is committed to making nipoplayer.com accessible, in line with French law n° 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 (article 47) and the European Accessibility Act, which has applied to e-commerce services since 28 June 2025.

Target

We aim for AA conformity with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 across the whole site: full keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, text alternatives on images, captions on videos, and a consistent heading structure on every page.

Conformity status

This statement describes conformity that is still being evaluated. The site is built from the start with these goals in mind (see the design principles in our build guide), but a full external audit has not been carried out yet.

Microenterprise

At this stage, 361 DEV meets the EU definition of a microenterprise (fewer than 10 staff and under €2 million in annual turnover or balance sheet). As such, the service-level obligations the European Accessibility Act sets for this size of business may not apply in full. We still choose to publish this statement and aim for AA as good practice.

What we've already done

• A system font with no decorative effect, a body text size of at least 18 px.
• Colour contrast designed to stay readable.
• Keyboard-usable navigation, with a visible focus ring (the same blue ring as in the app).
• A text alternative on every image and screenshot.
• No information conveyed by colour alone.
