How do I upgrade from Premium to Family?
Under My account → Licence & purchases, the "Upgrade to Nipo Family (+€17)" button adds 4 screens without paying the full price again, in a single payment.
Nipo doesn’t provide, sell or host any channel, movie or playlist: it plays what you already own.
Nipo Premium and Nipo Family share the same base: moving from one to the other doesn't mean buying a whole new licence.
How to do it
- Open My account → Licence & purchases.
- Tap Upgrade to Nipo Family (+€17).
- The €17 payment covers the difference with Nipo Family's full price (€24.99).
- The screen already activated stays active; you can then activate up to 5 screens in total.
Tip
Like everything else, this upgrade is a single payment: no subscription, before or after. If you already know several screens in the household will use Nipo Player, buying Nipo Family directly costs less than Premium followed by an upgrade.
