Premium disappeared after a reinstall: how do I get it back?
A device's Nipo code stays the same after a reinstall, so Premium comes back by itself within seconds. If not, activate it again the usual way.
Nipo doesn’t provide, sell or host any channel, movie or playlist: it plays what you already own.
Your device's Nipo code (the identifier shown in Settings → "My device") doesn't change after a reinstall: that's what keeps the link to your licence.
What normally happens
- After reinstalling Nipo Player, open the app and let it connect to the network for a few seconds.
- If the device shows the same Nipo code as before (the usual case), Premium reactivates automatically, with nothing to type.
If Premium doesn't come back on its own
- Open Settings → "My device" to check the Nipo code shown.
- Reactivate the screen with one of the methods in How do I activate Premium on a screen? (QR or code on nipoplayer.com/activer, e-mail, or Nipo code + key): no new payment is asked as long as a slot in your plan is available.
Tip
If a slot isn't available (Nipo Family's 5 screens are already in use, for example), see Replace or remove a screen to free one up.
