How do I export my data?
Export the app's setup to a .json file for free, and your Nipo account's data from My account on nipoplayer.com.
Nipo doesn’t provide, sell or host any channel, movie or playlist: it plays what you already own.
There are two exports: the app's (your setup) and your account's on nipoplayer.com.
Export the app's setup (free)
- On a computer, open Settings → Backup and transfer.
- Click Export to a file.

.jsonfile downloads: it contains your playlists (passwords included if you checked that box), favourites, history, reminders and settings. - Keep that file safe. To restore it later, on this or another device, use Import a backup file (Premium).
Export to a file is offered on computers. On a phone, tablet or TV, transfer to a new device (Premium) moves your setup from one screen to another.
Export your account data
If you have a Nipo account: sign in to My account on nipoplayer.com, open Settings, then Download my data. You get a JSON file with your account, devices, orders and activity.
