How do I delete my account?
Uninstall the free app to erase your setup; with a Nipo account, delete it from My account → Settings on nipoplayer.com in three steps.
Nipo doesn’t provide, sell or host any channel, movie or playlist: it plays what you already own.
With no account, there's nothing to delete on our side: everything you've set up lives only on your device.
With the free app
- Open your system's settings (not Nipo Player's) and uninstall the app, like any other.
- All your playlists, favorites and settings disappear with it.
- On our servers, only the device's Nipo code remains (no name, no e-mail, see What does Nipo Player collect about me?). To have it erased, write to us from the Contact page with that Nipo code.
If you have a Nipo account
- Sign in to My account on nipoplayer.com and open Settings.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then Delete permanently.
Your licence is revoked, your screens are removed and your account is anonymised. Orders are kept for accounting, as the law requires.
Tip
Only want to remove one playlist from My playlists (Premium)? No need to delete the account: in My account → My playlists, each playlist has its own Delete button.
