Nipo doesn’t provide, sell or host any channel, movie or playlist: it plays what you already own.
- What does Nipo Player collect about me?The free app asks for no account: your playlists and settings stay on your device. Only the device's Nipo code is registered, with no name or e-mail.
- How do I delete my account?Uninstall the free app to erase your setup; with a Nipo account, delete it from My account → Settings on nipoplayer.com in three steps.
- How do I export my data?Export the app's setup to a .json file for free, and your Nipo account's data from My account on nipoplayer.com.
- Is QR code pairing secure?Yes: data sent from your phone to your TV is end-to-end encrypted, so the relay that carries it between the two devices can't read it.
