"Login refused": what should I do?
Your playlist's username or password is no longer accepted by its server: check them with the service that manages your playlist.
Nipo doesn’t provide, sell or host any channel, movie or playlist: it plays what you already own.
This diagnosis means your playlist's server refuses the username or password in use — for example if the service that manages your playlist changed them after you added them to Nipo Player.

Steps
- Open Settings, then tap Run a diagnostic in the Diagnostics group.
- If the result shows "Login refused", contact the service that manages your playlist to check the current username and password.
- Tap Edit on your playlist and enter the new details: Nipo Player checks them before saving.
- Once saved, start playback again.
Tip
Nipo Player can't guess or reset a password on a third-party server: only the service that manages your playlist can give you the current login details. If the diagnosis says "Account expired" instead, see "Account expired": what should I do?.
