When something goes wrong
The phone remote doesn’t drive the native player
It works for navigation and menus, but not for the native Android player’s controls on the TV.
Nothing happens when opening a channel
Nipo shows a step-by-step diagnosis (connection, account, channel) and a report you can copy for support.
The list takes time to open
On very large playlists (tens of thousands of entries), loading happens in the background; the list shows as soon as it’s ready, without blocking.
