Nipo tells you why it doesn’t work
Nipo Player is a media player: instead of a plain “can’t play”, it tests each step in order and shows which one is the problem, in plain words.
Nipo Player does not provide, sell or host any content. Use it with playlists you are legally allowed to access.

Internet, then the server
Nipo first checks the device’s internet connection, then whether your playlist’s server responds, with its response time.
The account
Expired account, or too many devices connected at once with the same account: Nipo states it clearly, with the expiry date when known.
The channel, then the device
If the account is valid, Nipo tests the stream itself (offline, refused, unstable), then whether the device can decode this format; it then suggests other versions of the same channel.
A report for support
A button copies a diagnosis report, credentials redacted, to paste into a message to support.
On which devices?
The same diagnosis runs on every device: the steps tested are identical.

FAQ
The message says “Account expired”, what do I do?
That account needs renewing wherever you got it; Nipo doesn’t manage accounts, only plays them.
Too many connections, what do I do?
Close Nipo on another device connected with the same account, then try again.
A movie channel returns a 406 error, what is that?
Some servers refuse movies to players they don’t recognise. Nipo shows it as a refusal, never as if everything were fine. Details on the Xtream login page.
Does the diagnosis fix the problem?
No, it explains what’s blocking it and sometimes suggests another version of the same channel; it changes nothing on your side.
Do my credentials show up in the report?
No, they’re redacted before it’s copied.
